When to use support
- You found a broken route, form, or save flow.
- A public page does not render correctly on desktop or mobile.
- An authenticated screen behaves differently than expected.
- You need clarification on privacy, terms, or platform behavior.
What to include in a report
- The page URL where the issue occurred.
- The action you attempted.
- The result you expected.
- The result you actually saw.
- Any relevant device or viewport details.
